A MAN has escaped with a broken arm after his car (pictured on Friday) crashed into a tree near Piangil.
An Ambulance unit was called to the scene of the crash on the Murray Valley Highway at about 6pm Thursday, where witnesses reported that a white commodore slammed into a redgum.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said a 25-year-old man was treated for a broken arm, cuts and bruising and was taken to Swan Hill hospital
SES were called to the scene but were not required.
Two CFA brigades and Manangatang CFA’s rescue unit were also called to assist.
