ALL MONTH

April 28-June 12: Tuesday-Friday (10am-5pm), Saturday and Sunday (10am-4pm). The 9X5 Art Exhibition is Fight Cancer Foundation Swan Hill branch’s art fundraiser. Through the auction of this new collection of original artworks, the foundation will continue to raise funds, ensuring that the important projects of the Fight Cancer Foundation continue. For more information, email fightcancerswanhill@outlook.com. Also on show is These Stories Will Be Different, by Zanny Begg. It brings together a fascinating series of works that reimagine a medieval feminist utopia, probe the unsolved murder of a high-profile anti-gentrification campaigner and explore the connections between love, loss and language in migrant communities in Australia. The videos tell stories, but they also challenge the conventions of storytelling. Begg’s work invites you to see the world differently by drawing on ancient literary traditions, non-linear timeframes and computer-generated randomisation.
