Bowls carnival underway

The Swan Hill Bowls Club’s 58th annual May/Autumn Carnival got underway over the weekend, with bowlers from across the state descending on Swan Hill for the 10 day event.

Swan Hill Rural City Council mayor, councillor Stuart King had the honour of opening the event, with more than 100 bowlers expected to grace the Swan Hill Bowls Club greens.

Entries for events are still open up until 12pm the day prior, with full fields expected for each day.
