Winners of our President’s Mixed Fours were Bill Hoillier (Cohuna), Ernie Russell, Liz Renney, Helen Frame, and the runners-up were Robert and Carol Smith, D.J. Weaver and Arthur Threadgold.

Now that the pennant has finished we are deciding today by the members, which week day suits everyone for social bowls, Friday Frolic is on today at 3pm and the jackpot is still high and waiting for a lucky team to win.

Easter is coming up and there will be lots of bowls for everyone at our club, any combination 3 Bowl Pairs on Friday, any combination 2 Bowl Triples on Saturday, and any combination 3 Bowl Triples on Sunday.

Each day entries need to submitted to Bill King by 10am for a 12:30pm start.

Congratulations to Diane Millsteed who played Jen Blainey from Birchip to win the Murray Mallee Bowls Region Champion of Champions.

Saturday’s Pelican Jackpot winners were A Treble, B Fowles and P Parry, the runners-up were N. Hender, P. Holland and L Maher.

The jackpot went to G McIntosh, B Horsburgh, and J. Wilcox, the jackpot tomorrow is $60.

Names for jackpot need to submitted to the clubhouse before 12:30pm (ph50372301) for a 1pm start.

Wednesday social bowls winners were D. Kelly, J. Hamill, and M. Lynas, on duty next week is Terry Haw.

All players are encouraged to join in our Thursday Charity Nights, next week will be for Red Cross on March 24.

Entries to Ken Hamill on 0408591256 or on the notice board, by 12 Noon on Thursday, the night will start at 7:30pm.

The Lake Boga Fire Brigade night will start early at 7pm on March 31 and the MND night on April 7 will start with a barbeque from 6pm.

Bowls are available so new players can join in these fun nights.
