Around 1.30pm in McCallum Street and Campbell Street’s on the first business day ( Monday, February 15th) during the short, sharp Victorian government lockdown to avert another Covid wave. The streets were very quiet even at the tail end of lunchtime. This lockdown with most retail outlets closed is much more obvious than the last. Picture & Video: Rob Duffield.
