A MURRABIT woman, Marlene Laursen, has been reunited with precious jewellery belonging to her mother.
The jewellery was last seen in Chino’s Cafe on Victoria Street in Kerang, and now the three necklaces, including rosary beads more than 75 years old, are now back safe and sound.
Ms Laursen thanked everyone for their support in finding the pieces following articles published in The Guardian and Gannawarra Times which urged the public to keep an eye out.
