OUTDOOR areas in Robinvale are set to come alive after Swan Hill Rural City Council approved a number of outdoor activation projects in the town.
Council development and planning director Heather Green said Robinvale’s Perrin Street would be revitalised with “Robinvale Place of Plenty” branding.
Swan Hill’s restaurant and food precinct in Campbell Street will be branded “Eat Street” and upgraded thanks to the State Governments CBD Outdoor Activation program.
“The outdoor activation project will include the installation of public art, bin covers, printed pole wraps, street flags, lighting, and street furniture,” Ms Green said.
“There is so many exciting elements to our outdoor activation project that we can’t wait to showcase to the community,” she said.
Ms Green said the project would begin soon and was expected to be completed towards the end of October.
“Keep your eyes peeled for new additions throughout both the Robinvale and Swan Hill CBD’s in the coming weeks,” Ms Green said.
