SATURDAY

8am: Lake Boga Foreshore parkrun. Walk, jog or run along the beautiful 5km course. Bring the whole family, walk and talk with friends, or challenge yourself. For more details: www.parkrun.com.au/lakebogaforeshore

9am-12noon: Anglican boot sale on the third Saturday of the month at the Anglican function centre. A large variety of stalls including books, household items, craft, fruit, honey, plants and vegetables. Barbecue and Joan’s scones

6.30pm: NAIDOC Ball at the Swan Hill Town Hall Traditional crowning of Mr and Mrs NAIDOC for best dressed, two-course sit-down meal, great band, The Stray Blacks, along with local Aboriginal dance group WIRAN and visiting dance group Brothers in Arms. Tickets $35 and can be purchased at Mallee District Aboriginal Service (MDAS) at 70 Nyah Road, Swan Hill


SUNDAY

8.30am-12noon: Swan Hill Rotary Club Market is held on the third Sunday every month at the Swan Hill Railway car park. Bric-a brac, plants, produce and much more. Gold coin donation upon entry appreciated

10am-12.30pm: Repair Cafe. Bring your items for fixing to the Men’s Shed at Neighbourhood House. Volunteers will assist you in repairing your item. For more details email: repaircafe@shnh.org.au

10am-1pm: ozFish Nyah Catch a Carp Day. Everyone is welcome, so come along and throw a line in the river. Barbecue lunch will be provided and there will be prizes for a variety of categories. We encourage attendees to bring along a rod and reel to get involved. Tickets at ozfish.org.au/event/ozfish-nyah-catch-a-carp-day-2022

2pm-4pm: Come along and enjoy listening to the Swan Hill Ukulele Group at the Swan Hill Club

3pm: Swan Hill RSL bingo every Sunday at the Swan Hill RSL Club

10.30am: Murray Downs bingo. Bring a friend and enjoy a fun morning of bingo with eyes down from 10.30am

Evening: Swan Hill Harness Racing Trotters Cup. Great evening family entertainment to be had at the Swan Hill Trots
