THE Sea Lake community came together to celebrate the town’s annual Christmas Street Party last Friday.
The fun-filled night provided an opportunity to socialise and support local businesses in the lead-up to Christmas, with extended trading hours.
The event featured a range of activities including a barbecue dinner, gymnastics display and market stalls.
Organised by Advance Sea Lake, the colourful celebration was supported by the whole town.
Local students participated in the colouring competition, while others decorated wooden Christmas trees which were made by the Men’s Shed.
Santa also made a special appearance, arriving via the Sea Lake CFA truck.
Meanwhile, the town’s Christmas lights competition is in full swing and judging is taking place this week.
The competition attracted around 20 entrants in both the residential and commercial categories.
