Colourful displays

THE Swan Hill Rural City Council colouring contest was a huge success, with The Guardian’s reception area dotted in colour from top to tail.

Aimed at promoting the River Lights event, more than 150 entries were received.

Eight-year-old Tyson Lindsay took out first place and was awarded the movie tickets, a beanie and a family pass to the River Lights event at Pioneer Settlement.

Other winners included Arla Jolly and Montana Mathiske.
