Evening: Live Music at the Swan Hill Club featuring Y U Ask.

Evening: Live music at the Commercial Hotel featuring Elise Drake.

8pm, 9pm and 10pm: Dark Lake Origins. This outdoor, walk-around interactive horror experience puts you and your friends right at the centre of the story. Be led into a thrilling shadow world by the wayward gatekeeper. Entry limited to a maximum of eight souls at a time, 10 minutes apart. Please wear appropriate shoes as this experience will take you off the beaten track. This event is not suitable for those under 13 years. Youth 16 years and under accompanied by an adult, strictly no alcohol. Ticket holders will be notified of the secret location once ticket is purchased. Bookings are $55 and available online at swanhilltownhall.com, in person at Swan Hill Town Hall office Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm or at the Swan Hill Region Information Centre, 125 Curlewis Street, Swan Hill, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 2pm.


SATURDAY

8am: Moulamein Auto Club show, shine and boot sale family day. Race car simulator and jumping castle, with catering on site and live music Saturday evening. All at the Moulamein Football Oval.

8.30am-12.30pm: Robinvale Country Market held on the second Saturday of the month. Various market stalls, fresh produce, plants and entertainment. All welcome.

9am-12pm: Nyah Lions Club Market held on the second Saturday of the month. Various market stalls, Lions’ famous hot donuts, wood raffle, plants, produce, honey, bric-a-brac.

12pm-4pm: Go North Arts Festival at the Swan Hill Town Hall. A spectacular live music and art event. There’ll be music from Queenie and Tanya George, and you can get your hands dirty by trying something new at art workshops for people of all ages and skill. Short film by Mitchell Barkman looks at the small Mallee town of Manangatang. Stencilling and spray painting with Kerryn Finch, tear-it-up collage gone crazy with Robyn Patterson, still life with life model with Shirley Pinchin, slab construction with Damian Thomas, traditional weaving with Kenita Lee McCartney, ukulele with Sue and Pam, work with needle and thread with Raylene Richardson, traditional reed necklace with Suzanne Connelly-Klidomitis, and learn how to cast on and off with Swan Hill Knitter Natters. Swan Hill’s Biggest Drawing takes place in the main hall. A free community event, Welcome to Country at 12.05pm, music from 12.30pm and food trucks will be on site. Alcoholic drinks will be available at bar prices, strictly no BYO alcohol. This is an all-ages event.

5pm: Rockabilly Festival presented by Lake Boga Park & Brag. Main Street of Lake Boga outside the Lake Boga Pub. Live music from 5pm by Max Allen, 7pm Blackboard Jungle, and Scoogs. Dress up and join in the fun.

8pm, 9pm & 10pm: Dark Lake Origins.


SUNDAY

10am-2pm: Tyntyndyer Homestead open day, $5 cash entry includes entry to part of the home, garden and historical tours, with local history book sales and music. Watti Watti Cultural Ceremonies Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony. Painting raffle donated by Marg Lewis, Swan Hill Lions Club barbecue, coffee van, native food and cooking demonstrations.
