Top sports secure, next three to be decided

WITH only three more weeks of competition left before the finals, the top spot on the ladder is secure.

But the next three spots are yet to be decided as the competition hots up.

The RSL Have A Goes took on the other RSL Team, the Gunners at the Swan Hill RSL.

There was no joy for the Gunners as they only won one singles game for the night.

The Have A Goes took out the night 8 to 1. Tosh Gleeson from the Have A Goes threw the equal shortest game for the night with a 21-dart game.

Tosh also threw a 180 last week that I neglected to mention.

Out at the Ultima Golf Club, the Bullchuckers hosted Let’s Get Pegged.

Games were two a piece after the doubles, but the wheels fell off for Let’s Get pegged with the Bullchuckers winning the remaining singles and teams games to win 7 to 2.

The Bullchuckers Richard Ward threw the other equal shortest game for the night with a 21-dart game while his teammate Chris Conlan threw the best peg for the night of 3/110.

At the Swan Hill Club, the Blazers took on the Tooley Tigers and both teams were level after the teams.

The Blazers managed to win the first of their singles but then managed to lose the next three singles games as well as the teams.

The Tigers took out an important win for them, 6 to 3.
