Comedian trio set to brings laughs to town hall

THREE comedians are packing their bags with jokes and heading to Swan Hill next week.

The Swan Hill Town Hall is a stop along the way, during a series of “outta town” trips with the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Acting venue manager Sharon Brinkman said that the February 19 event would be a chance for residents to catch a sneak peek of the festival’s best.

“The event will feature a taste of what’s to come at Australia’s biggest comedy festival,” Ms Brinkman said.

The event will include comedian, writer and yarn man Sam Taunton, one of Australia’s most exciting new voices Lizzy Hoo and popular stand-up comedian Peter Jones.

This will be a COVID-safe event and current COVID-19 restrictions will apply.
