This spells a great show

IT will be a scientific race through the alphabet when the Alphabet of Awesome Science returns to Swan Hill this weekend.

In the highly rated family show, professors Lexi Con and Noel Edge, also called The Word Nerd and Science Freak, take the audience on a thrilling voyage through the alphabet with some scientific surprises along the way.

Swan Hill Town Hall venue manager Simon Myers said the show was returning to Swan Hill after a big success last year.

“What is amazing about the show is that it is a cracking show in itself, but what’s lurking behind it of course is the fact that kids learn something, and I suppose they don’t even realise that they are learning,” Mr Myers said.

“What people coming along see are experiments that are visually very spectacular, and then they are talking about them in a way that is engaging.

“But underneath it is actually the educational component which is quite smart, when you think about it.”

The Alphabet of Awesome Science will be performing at the Swan Hill Town Hall on Sunday, April 2, at 1pm and Monday, April 3, at 11am. Tickets are available online at the Swan Hill Town Hall website or at the Swan Hill Town Hall booking office.
