There are now 31 active cases in the Swan Hill LGA.
Meanwhile, the Gannawarra Shire recorded one new positive case, bringing its active cases to four.
There are 1713 active cases in regional Victoria and 20,796 in Melbourne.
The state recorded 1842 new local cases in the past 24 hours.
