SWAN Hill Medical Group had a confirmed COVID-19 case attend their clinic on Thursday October 21.
The confirmed case was at the clinic from 2.15pm to 2.30pm and those who were potential close contacts have been contacted by the Bendigo Public Health Unit.
In a statement posted online the Swan Hill Medical Group said they were “thankful” they were functioning primarily as a telehealth service during the week, so there were less people than usual in the clinic.
“As the exposure was 9 days ago, and we have been operating within our COVID-safe plan, we are not required to close and it is business as usual at SHMG,” they said.
