To all those who contribute to its ongoing place in the social life of this community by way of active care, enhancement and maintenance, thank you.
You have a social asset of considerable worth in your midst.
In a world sometimes made very challenging by its divisions, this high value community space is the domain of all in the community, irrespective of their station in life.
It truly is a joyous location in which to find oneself.
With its majestic red gums, beautiful river backdrop and restful areas and enclaves, in which one can take a break from the rigours of the human journey, it’s a natural balm.
In these pressing times, places of peace and rest grow in their importance.
The community should hold its head high for providing for us all.
