LAKE Boga’s 14 & Under team have claimed their first premiership as players, beating Tyntynder by eight goals.

It was a hard-fought match for the youngest competitors to take the court, both teams playing their hearts out through the nerves of competing in a grand final.

The Magpies were able to get an early lead over the Bulldogs, ahead by three goals at the first break, and managed to just keep themselves in front for the rest of the match.

Ruby Ryan was awarded best on court for her efforts in the Magpies midcourt.
