Pelicans make a splash

Lake Boga was teeming with a bevy of birdlife last week, as seen in this picture of hundreds of pelicans, taken on Wednesday afternoon. It is believed recent rain (about 60mm for June) has rejuvenated bird activity across the Swan Hill region.
