MEMBER for Murray Plains Peter Walsh says the V/Line annual report is “another litany of failing services and vital upgrades still being denied to regional Victoria”.

Mr Walsh said there was no indication the Melbourne to Swan Hill service would be guaranteed disabled toilets on all trains, let alone a buffet car.
