Church notes from the Grain Shed

IT is so exciting to see things going ahead especially after the last couple of years and being back at church with so many familiar and new faces coming. What a blessing!

Here at the Grain Shed in line with our Mission ‘ We are building people of faith that love and bring hope to our community’ we have launched a project called The Easter Hope Challenge where we would love to bless those in our community in need by sharing God’s love and bringing them hope.

How can you help? Well if your passion is baking then we need Anzac biscuits baked (cut off date 11th April 2022) otherwise there are many other ways to be part of this challenge.

Help in packaging, writing messages, delivery, ingredient donations or by making a tax deductible donation.

We also have a flood relief appeal where household items, clothing, shoes and donations (contact reception for the tax deductible option) are welcomed.

Youth are having a movie night tonight starting at 7pm. This group is open to all secondary students who are looking to connect and have fun while learning more about Jesus. Contact Liz youth@thegrainshed.org.au

This Sunday at 10am Pastor La’Mont will continue in his series Discipleship. The kids program is open to those aged 3 to the end of primary school so all young families come along.

We are holding a newcomers’ dinner from 5.30pm-6.30pm this Sunday night.Save the date:Encounter – Prayer and Praise night Wednesday, March 30 at 7.30pm
