Grain Shed

LAST Friday afternoon it was so lovely to have the Swan Hill Garden Club here to celebrate their 40th anniversary with an amazing high tea and wonderful guest speaker, tea pots and fine China.

As September draws to a close, this weekend is the biggest for AFL fans. On Saturday night, there will be some very happy supporters and some not so, may the best team win.

During the school holidays, all of our in-house activities are on break, except for our craft ladies who meet Thursday at 10am.

This Sunday at 10am, Pastor La’Mont continues his series on value and family. If you are a regular, not so, never been before or from out-of-town, our doors are open to you. Come along and stay behind in fellowship with a nice drink and biscuit.

Help us make this Christmas extra special for children around the world who are less blessed than us by collecting an Operation Christmas Child shoebox from the Grain Shed foyer.

There is a list with ideas of what to put in them and once filled just drop them back off here. There is still a little time as they are to be returned for the first week of October.

“Be kind and compassionate to one another.” Ephesians 4:32.
