Church notes

Anglican

TONIGHT the Ultima church services resume in the public hall starting at 7.30pm.

All are welcome and a bring and share supper and fellowship follows the Communion service.

Aged Care Homes’ services are being organised by our locum Rev Wayne.

Our leadership group parish council met on Monday, and Wednesday Communion services are again a fixture.

Sunday worship is at 9am so do come along and worship.

Please continue to pray for a new rector and for those responsible for selecting this person, including Bishop Matt.

Grain Shed

THIS week, we remember the hope we have in Jesus and the blessing of promises kept – Hebrews 10:23.

Grain Shed Youth are heading to Bendigo to the Youth Alive event, Undivided, so there is no youth on site tonight.

Join us on Sunday (Mother’s Day) at 10am for our church service.

The Grain Shed Kid’s sign-in desk is open from 9.45am.

We honour all mothers and those in our community who love and nurture the young people around them.

If you are looking for a last-minute gift for Mother’s Day, we still have some great gifts on our Koorong stand.

Mainly music interactive program is on Monday at 10am. This activity is for bubs, toddlers, pre-schoolers with a parent, grandparent or carer.

Craft ladies meet every Thursday at 10am.

If you have a teenager who would enjoy a camp experience, check out the ESA winter camps on their website: www.esa.org.au.
