Busy month for Grain Shed

THE month of August is Pastoral Care Month, with soup, hot dogs and rolls after church on Sunday.

Other events include a morning tea on Tuesday August 15 and a potluck dinner on Saturday August 26. RSVP forms will be distributed on Sunday.

Grain Shed Youth meet tonight, 7–9pm.

We thank all the great leaders for the amazing work they do and give so generously to our youth group.

On Sunday at 10am, our doors are open to all, with Pastor Ian preaching.

The Mainly Music program is on Monday August 7 at 10am.

The ALPHA program commences on Wednesday August – contact the church office for details.

It is Operation Christmas Child time.

Attend the Grain Shed and pick up a shoebox or more in the foyer.

Operation Christmas Child is a hands-on way for Australians and New Zealanders to bless children in need around the world by filling shoeboxes with toys, hygiene items, school supplies and other fun gifts.

The gift-filled shoeboxes will be collected at the end of September and distributed to children in more than 100 countries in the name of Jesus Christ.

Save the date: Saturday September 2 is Still Waters Women’s Day. More details to come.
