Around the churches

Anglican

Churches in the Bendigo Diocese have recently been participating in guided strategic planning workshops.

These events have provided a great opportunity to learn, to reflect and to explore potential use of the resources of our people and property.

Friday night is the monthly Ultima worship service in their local public hall at 7.30pm. All are welcome.

The hall next to the Swan Hill church will be used as a voting centre Saturday.

On Sunday we will celebrate the baptism of two young children, welcoming them into God’s family.

It is always a joy to share this service with their family and friends.

Grain Shed

SPRING is such a delight here in Swan Hill and even more so after that beautiful rain last week, bringing smiles to many farmers and their families in the district.

Grain Shed youth are back at 7pm Friday, kicking off term 4.

Invite a friend and join us at our service with Pastor Ian on the platform at 10am on Sunday.

Grain Shed Kids, the desk awaits all the precious children who come along to learn more about Jesus while having lots of fun with the leaders and student leaders.

Monday is mainly music. Our check-in desk is open from 9.45am and our session starts at 10am.

If you have a child or children not at school, this is a great interactive music session for kids with their parent/carer/grandparent. For more information, call 5032 9449

On Thursday, our craft ladies get together from 10am.
