TOMORROW is the monthly boot sale at the two Swan Hill sites.
Some new stallholders will be there along with all the usual offerings, so come along and enjoy.
Afterwards, you may like to visit the Nyah District Op Shop that is trialling its first Saturday morning opening.
After a lot of sorting, culling and rearranging, the op shop is looking much better. Come and enjoy the new shop hours.
Mothers’ Union held their AGM on Wednesday and then enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner. Thank you to chef Keith and to those who set up and served.
This year’s Christmas giving will again be Christmas hampers for the families supported by St Luke’s Anglicare.
Each hamper is packed for each specific family and is filled with extra special food items for Christmas.
Donations will be gratefully received by clergy Leone or through the office.
If you need a new name tag, please add your name to the list in the Swan Hill church porch.
Grain Shed

The Grain Shed is buzzing with activity as we prepare for the Christmas season.
The Hampers of Hope boxes are labelled in readiness to be assembled and filled with food items next week for the various welfare agencies around our community.
This will all take place from Monday until Thursday next week.
This is a great way for our Grain Shed Church to fulfil our mission and bring hope to our community.
We’d like to thank everyone who has donated to this project. We have been blessed with many donations which has allowed us to provide so much more.
Every dollar we receive is appreciated and put towards the food in these hampers.

Preparations are also under way for presenting the Christmas story in a variety of formats.
Grainshed Kids are busy practicing for The Nativity Story on Sunday, December 3.
Some adults are also preparing, but in a very different style which will be part of December services after December 3.
Grain Shed youth meet tonight from 7pm to 9pm for a night of jamming with the music team or cooking with the catering staff.
This Sunday at 10am we are looking forward to hearing from our new pastors, Shayne and Emily Westblade, who were inducted last Sunday.
The Mainly Music program will be on Monday from 10am to 11.30am. Jessie and the team will lead the preschoolers and parents in a fun time of singing, dancing and rhymes, followed by some morning tea and playtime.

On Thursday at 10am, craft ladies will be working hard on their sewing whilst enjoying a cuppa and a chat.
