Autumn makes us feel alive

Grain Shed

As I amble around my garden, enjoying the warm autumn sunshine, I’m aware of so much happening. The wattle birds splashing around in the birdbath; the last of the colourful, autumn foliage rustling; the beautiful purple flowers of the winter irises opening and so much more. Our God gives us so much to be grateful for.

Of course, there’s lots happening at the Grain Shed this week too.

In saying that there is no Grain Shed Youth tonight. They will be back next Friday, June 7, with some special guests.

For more information, contact youth@thegrainshed.org.au

This Sunday at 10am Pastor Shayne finishes our current series “Pray First” with the message “Pray Beyond Reach” based on a passage in Matthew 8.

If you are unable to attend or would like to hear any of our Sunday messages, you can listen to the podcasts on our website www.thegrainshed.org.au

Kids love Sunday mornings here at the Grain Shed, where they have so much fun.

Grainshed Kids is open to all children aged 3-12 years. Check-in starts at 9.45am and is an essential requirement for attendance. This week the children will be discovering how they can share hope – Romans 15:3 “…you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.”

Our mainly music program will be operating on Monday morning from 10-11.30am.

Jessie and the team will be encouraging the pre-schoolers and parents to get their dancing feet on and use various body parts – hands, feet, knees, elbows, heads etc to move in fun ways. This will then be followed by some yummy morning tea and playtime. Cost: $5 per family.

If you would like to know how to register for this program, contact reception@thegrainshed.org.au

Our lovely Craft Ladies will be working hard on their craft projects while enjoying a cuppa and a chat on Thursday at 10am.

If you would like to know more about any of our activities, then please contact reception@thegrainshed.org.au
