Field days 2024 only days away

A message from the Mallee Machinery Field Days president…

THE Speed Lions Club Mallee Machinery Field Days is fast approaching.

This year it will take place on Wednesday, July 31, and Thursday, August 1.

As usual, we have a great range of farm machinery, from small to large, and something of interest to all farmers.

Again, we have the tent full of many different undercover exhibits, and of course the ever-popular craft tent with many wonderful items for sale.

We are very privileged to have past AFL great Terry Daniher as our guest speaker.

Terry has a background in farming, having grown up on the family farm at Ungarie in New South Wales.

He will speak about his journey from the farm to becoming an AFL footballer.

He will also give an insight into the battle his brother Neale is having with MND.

We encourage everyone to wear their MND beanies in support.

We will also have a donation box for anyone wishing to contribute to this worthy cause.

The field days site is coming together nicely through the efforts of our great committee.

We would like to thank you, the public, for your continued support over the years that makes this event what it is.

Hope to see you all again in a couple of weeks.
