Robinvale woman to face court over fire

A 64-year-old Robinvale woman will face court at a later date over an unauthorised fire that took place in a residential area.

Bike stolen

A Giant mountain bike was allegedly stolen from a McLennan Drive, Robinvale, address overnight on March 13 or 14.

Shop thefts

POLICE were called to a Swan Hill store just after lunchtime last Friday after a male offender stole two packets of LED globes, which he stored down his pants.

Police said no attempt was made to pay for the items.

At 1.45pm on Wednesday, an unknown person stole alcohol from a Swan Hill bottle shop.

Weapon charge

A 33-year-old Swan Hill man will face court charged with carrying a prohibited weapon and behaving in a riotous manner.

Pair remanded

TWO Preston residents were remanded in custody over a burglary and multiple shop thefts across Swan Hill.

It is alleged the 31-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were also in possession of cannabis and gave false names to police.
