Man dies after stabbing in Manangatang

HOMICIDE Squad detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Manangatang near Swan Hill on Wednesday night.

Emergency services were called to an address in Wattle Street about 9.15pm after reports of a stabbing.

On arrival, police and paramedics worked on a man found with critical injuries.

The 58-year-old died at the scene.

Detectives are on scene and are keen to speak to any witnesses or anyone with information.
