A MULTI-agency search is under way for a missing Balranald teenager.
About 11.30am on Saturday, emergency services were called to River Street in Balranald following reports a 19-year-old man had been swept into floodwaters.
The search, involving officers from Barrier Police District, Marine Rescue, Rural Fire Service and the State Emergency Service, was suspended on Sunday due to poor visibility and resumed at 7am yesterday.
Balranald police said land and water search operations would continue this week. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
