Drugs seized

COCAINE was found at a Lake Boga address on August 18.

A woman was arrested and taken to Swan Hill police station.

Meanwhile, cannabis was found at a Splatt St address the same day.

A woman will be interviewed by police.


Knife threat

TWO men will be charged after an alcohol-fuelled physical altercation outside a licensed premises in Swan Hill last week.

Police said the the pair argued outside the venue about 1am on August 14.

One of the men struck the other in the face with a clenched fist before they were separated by security.

The victim, still agitated, then retrieved a knife from his backpack and made a threatening gesture.

Police said the men would be charged.


Driver intercepted

A P-PLATER will be off the roads for six months after being caught 45km/h over the speed limit, south of Kerang, on August 20.

The driver was travelling 145km/h in a 100km/h zone on the Loddon Valley Highway, near Durham Ox.

He was fined $817 and lost his licence for six months.
