Festive feast

THE Swan Hill District Health Adult Day Services (ADS) department held their annual Christmas luncheon last week, with a surprise visit from the jolly man in red.

Held at Swan Hill Neighbourhood House, 54 clients, volunteers and staff came together to enjoy a two-course Christmas feast and celebrate the end of year.

Activities on the day included a visit from Santa, raffle prizes drawn and carol singing.

“It was a really great day for everyone to come together and celebrate Christmas,” ADS manager and physiotherapist Jamie Garahy said.

“ADS provides social and recreational support for senior men and women who want to interact and connect with others in the community.”
