THE Sunraysia branch of Katter’s Australian Party has begun
their campaign in the Mallee with a simple warning — ‘if things don’t change
now, they never will’.
Katter’s Australian Party (KAP) Sunraysia branch
president Vince Cirillo brought this message to Swan Hill voters on Wednesday,
as the party commenced the first stage of its election campaigning outside of
Mildura.
“We’ve lost so much and I strongly believe that if change doesn’t
come with this election, then it will never happen,” Mr Cirillo said.
“We all
trusted these people [The Nationals] to do the right thing for country people,
and they’ve let us all down.
“The KAP is a credible alternative to what we’ve
got now.”
