TWO Swan Hill locals have been announced as the ambassadors of the upcoming Murray Downs Golf and Country Club Swan Hill June Racing Carnival.
Krista Healy, 22, and Mitch Makepeace, 17, have both been selected to represent the Swan Hill Jockey Club at the 2015 event to be held over the June long weekend.
Krista, a financial adviser, and Mitch, currently studying Year 12, are both passionate when it comes to the racing industry and horses.
Both are very excited to be selected to represent the club at this premier racing carnival which was awarded Event of the Year at the 2014 Country Racing Victoria awards night last August.
