Campbell Street was buzzing with activity on Saturday as the second market day for the year got underway.
Crowds started gathering early to see what special offerings stall holders had for that unique Christmas gift, or the bargains available from the retailers in the shopping strip.
The street was closed off creating a pedestrian mall packed with stall holders coming from as far away as Bendigo and Mildura.
Stall holders were pleased with the response even from early in the day.
There were also plenty of activities for children with a jumping castle, rock climbing wall and face painting bringing plenty of smiles to the young faces.
The Swan Hill Junior Basketball Tournament helped swell the numbers to more than a thousand.
Swan Hill Inc marketing coordinator, Remi Maher, said the market is one of the biggest events for the town with great economic benefits.
