ULTIMA Primary School may close its doors at the end of the school year, amid concerns over a lack of students.
An Education Department spokesperson said the option was being weighed up but no final call had been made.
“No decision has been made to de-staff Ultima Primary School,” the spokesperson said.
“The school has no enrolments for 2024 and as a result, the school council has proposed that the school be de-staffed.
“The department is currently considering this proposal.”
When a school is de-staffed, students are able to attend a nearby school.
Ultima Primary School declined to comment.
