RECORDS fell, medals were won and personal bests were achieved at Deniliquin last Sunday, when 40 Swan Hill athletes competed in the Deniliquin Little Athletics Centre Carnival.

It was a successful day for many of Swan Hill's newest track and field stars, with Kayla McInerney dominating her age group by breaking three carnival records in the 100m sprint, 80m hurdles and long jump.
