Brighten their day

THEY say home is where the heart is, and The Rustic Ivy have you covered with a large range of home decor items that are sure to brighten your home and delight your beloved this Valentine’s Day.

From stylish home furnishings to handbags, coffee cups, adorable teddy bears and earrings, The Rustic Ivy is a one-stop-shop.

The business also specialises in a wide selection of flowers and gift hampers.

The Rustic Ivy is putting a new spin on an old tradition by focusing on a bright variety of different flowers this year.

While roses have been the traditional floral symbol of love, owner Leane Swinnerton said the store aimed to offer something different and affordable.

“We’re focusing on bright, outgoing flowers this year,” she said.

“Chrysanthemum, zinnia, lilies and carnations are just some of the choices to brighten your loved one’s Valentine’s Day.

“Flowers can be arranged in a vase, pot, box or bouquet, and can be accompanied by chocolates, candles, lotions or other items from the store.”

Pamper packs and gift hampers are always a great way to spoil your beloved and The Rustic Ivy can provide premade or customised options.

For people sensitive to allergies, Ms Swinnerton suggests artificial or native flowers.

Customers wishing to have their Valentine’s Day gifts delivered out of Swan Hill should place their orders at least one day before February 14, while Swan Hill deliveries can be placed on Valentine’s Day.

If considering a customised hamper, orders should be placed by today.

With many more unique gift items on offer, Ms Swinnerton suggested a visit to the store at 96 Chapman Street, Swan Hill, or to www.rusticivy.shop, where online orders can be placed.
