Hospitality icon is ever improving

THE Tripodi family has been serving quality Italian cuisine at Quo Vadis Restaurant and Pizza Bar for more than 35 years, creating a Swan Hill hospitality icon.

Owner John Tripodi said through both the classic a la carte restaurant and the attached pizza bar, the team is committed to providing the best food and beverages as well as top-quality service.

“We provide a country atmosphere with metro quality product and service,” he said.

“Our menus are regularly changing as we develop new dishes, elevate existing dishes and offer fresh daily specials.”

Quo Vadis pizza is available for dine-in, takeaway and delivery, with the pizza bases made fresh daily in-house.

“Our pizzas are renowned, customers travel from all over, because they can’t get a pizza anywhere like a Quo Vadis pizza,” Mr Tripodi said.

Quo Vadis also sources wines from around Victoria to curate an extensive wine list.

The latest addition to Quo Vadis is the Italian classic café crema, a silky coffee cream that is available as is, or in a café crema liqueur affogato, served with biscotti, espresso and a liqueur of choice.

Whether customers are visiting town or local, they can always count on something new and delicious at Quo Vadis.

Quo Vadis is open Monday to Saturday, from 5pm until late, serving food until 9pm.
