ITALIAN sweet treats and a pasta lunch feature in this year’s downsized Italian Festa Carmine – celebrating the Feast of Madonna of Mount Carmel.
This year’s festival includes a mass led by Reverend Doctor Jake Mudge at 10.30pm at St Mary’s Catholic Church and a viewing of the Blessed Virgin Mary statue.
It will be followed by a free lunch at the Swan Hill Italian Social Club, starting about 12 noon.
Italian sweet treats will be available to purchase.
“It’s a very scaled down model because of Covid,” Ms Muscatello said.
“It’s more of an in-house one, but the public are still welcome to come.”
