YOUNG people wanting to make a difference in Swan Hill or Robinvale have been encouraged to join Swan Hill Council's Novo Youth Council and Robinvale Youth Group.

Novo and RYG are groups of passionate young people who meet weekly to plan low-cost and no-cost events, discuss issues impacting youth, and ensure the voices of young people are heard.
