ARRIVALS at the Swan Hill drive-through COVID-19 testing clinic will be screened, according to Swan Hill District Health (SHDH).
Nurse Debbi Bennett said on arrival, people would be greeted by SHDH staff, then asked questions.
"If symptomatic, they will want to be tested," Ms Bennett said.
She said asymptomatic people could get tested if they had visited a hotspot or had been given a government directive, probably by text message.
"It just shows how important the QR code is," Ms Bennett said.
Truck drivers and transport services travelling interstate and needing tests under their permits should use a car to attend or walk in 15 minutes before the testing site opens.
SHDH COVID-19 team leader Meg Garvie said the wait time was 15 to 30 minutes or sometimes quicker, dependent on the test queue.
