A magnetic resonance imaging machine is a sophisticated diagnostic tool that provides detailed images of the body's internal structure and organs without the need for invasive procedures.

Swan Hill District Health has been fundraising for an MRI since 2023 and the Mallee MRI Appeal is an initiative by several community members to bring awareness and support to acquire an MRI scanner.
