THE Tooleybuc Recreation Reserve, I am sorry to say, is a disgrace.
Whenever it rains, the ground become muddy and impossible to navigate.
I have raised this issue many times with the appropriate council and all I get is the standard reply.
Perhaps if you had some council members turn up and watch you would see how atrocious the grounds are.
The community should expect better.
