THE Swan Hill SES New Year's Day duck race was held in a different format this year due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

The event was planned to go ahead as per normal in the final weeks of 2020, but last minute announcements made by the Victorian Government on New Year's Eve led organisers to make some last minute changes.
