ROSANNE Kava brings years of experience to her role as acting chief executive of Swan Hill Rural City Council, and said she is looking forward to working with councillors and the community on upcoming projects.

"While I'm only here until a permanent CEO is appointed, I'm happy to help out any way I can while I'm in office," Ms Kava said.
