STRIVING towards accountability and transparency, chartered accountant and tax agent Kevin O’Dea hopes to get back to basics if elected to Buloke Shire Council.

While nominating as a candidate for the Lower Avoca Ward, he said he would stand to represent the best interests of the entire shire.
