A LACK of mooring facilities along the river in Swan Hill is hindering tourism according to Echuca paddle boat owner Michael Snell.

The PB Evangeline travelled under the Swan Hill bridge last Wednesday morning on its way to Echuca, however Mr Snell said there were limited spots to safely moor the boat the night before.
