NSW Maritime officers hit the water last weekend to remind jet skiers of their responsibilities during Operation Cool Your Jets.

More than 2000 vessel safety checks were conducted statewide, including around 600 jet skis, with the Murray River among the jet ski hotspots targeted by patrols.
